Top war criminals of 1971 Siraji M. R. Mostak

Bangladesh got independence in 1971 after millions of martyrs and intellectuals. There committed odd killings and crimes. Above picture is a little evidence. The more killings occurred on 25 March, 1971 to long after independence. Some of killings are absolutely clear. The killers also clearly identified. Under conventional false history of Bangladesh, killers and war criminals remain hidden. And innocents Bangladeshi are being convicted illegaly. Here, I draw the clear identity of war criminals and intellectual killers of ‘71 with proofs.
It is clear that, on night 25th March, 1971, the Pakistan army started illegal and brutal attack on Bangladesh. On that night they killed thousands of Bengalis. Of them, there were many intellectuals. No Bengalis or collaborators were co-assistant with Pakistan armies in that night. At the beginning of liberation war 1971, Pakistani army did all killings and war crimes alone. So, they are the main war criminals and intellectual killers.
Later, Pak army took strategies for keeping Bangladeshi apart from fighting. They paid facilities to intellectuals. The eminent fifty five intellectuals and artists of Bangladesh provided a statement on support of Pakistan govt on 17th may, 1971, in `the daily Pakistan’. Dr M. A. Wazed Miah (husband of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina) was also a well-known scientist and intellectual. He served for Pakistan govt during war sincerely. The intellectuals were affected many attacks. Many of them were killed during the war. It is clearly mentioned in ‘The unfinished autobiography of Bangabandhu’ by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Sheikh Rehena, on page -315 that, "In 1971, he (Monayem Khan) was killed at home by an attack of guerrilla fighters."  The same in "The selected history of liberation war" page-67-68, the author Mahmud Iqbal mentioned that "On 14th October, 1971, the freedom fighters burned up the Siddhirgonj power house near Dhaka. They cut off electric wires in several places. Some wireless sets occupied. No Bengali engineer agreed to come to repair the Power House. Pakistani military officials obliged to appoint five engineers drained from Pakistan to repair the Power House. But the liberation forces let none of that five people go back to Pakistan alive.” During war, guerrillas killed intellectuals and common people of Bangladesh in suspect of Pakistani or their co-assistants. So, during war all killings were commited not only by Pak armies but also by guerrillas.
Guerrillas committed killings even after liberation. The mentioned picture is of just after three days of victory on 19 December, 1971 instants. (Click here to view the videos- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ep8fNT4-A9g)| The killers were accused for war crimes. Bangabir Kader Siddiqui was the leader of that force. After liberation, the butcher guerrilas killed thousands of intellectuals and people all over Bangladesh accordingly. Such as, in Sirajganj- Assaduzzaman Siraji, syfuddin Khan Majlis, Maulana Usman Ghani, in Feni- Muhammad Elias, Maulana Azharus Subhan, In Sathkhira- Maulana Abdus Sattar, In Dhaka- Maulana Pir Dewan Ali, in Cox’sBazar- prominent parliamentarian Maulvi Farid Ahmed and so more countless wise and intellectuals were killed by guerrillas inhumanly. The author Nuruzzaman Manik wrote that, “After achieving liberation in December, 1971, the killing of intellectuals had continued. For instance, Dr. Mansur Ali (Dec 21, 1971) film maker Zahir Raihan (went missing on 30 January, 1972) and journalist Golam Rahman (killed on 11 Jan, 1972). Unfortunately true that, this killing of intellectuals is still running which has been starting from 1971”.(Nuruzzaman Manik, ‘the another heroes of liberation war’ page -77, Dhaka, Suddhashar Publishing- 2009). The Indian government also fed up for those killings. They issued an arrest warrant to Bangabir Kader Siddiqui for crimes against humanity. The Father of Bengali Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman forgave him and honored by 'Bir Uttam' title. For it, the charges for assassinations committed after liberation, imposed on absent Pakistan army and so-called Razakar, Al-Badr collaborators.
The Pak forces and collaborators were not involved killings of intellectuals; it was expressed by eminent writer, journalist and film maker Zahir Raihan. He made out it by investigating to search for his missing brother Prof. Shahidullah Kaiser. After full fedge investigation, he reported that, "the so-called Al-Badr members or collaborators are not involved in intellectual killing”. For this report, Mr. Zahir Raihan went missing forever on 30 January, 1972. Professor Muntasir Mamun explained the report that, “Filmmaker Zahir Raihan, the convenor of the committee formed for investigating the murder of intellectuals In 1971, described a little in an interview with the India's weekly "The New Age" in a day of January, 1972 that, 'On investigating the activities of Al-Badr, same while we look for answers of many questions about criminals real purposes. Later of victory, while we searching the dead body of my father and brother at burial ground, we had firm idea that considering obvious defeats, the failed Pakistani rulers made an inhuman and aurthodoxed assassination against bengali intellectuals to take revenge of failure. But we understood that the incident was never that at all. Because the Bengali intellectuals, who were infested killings were the representative authorities of the local intellectuals and they were well-known for opposition of imperialism."(Muntasir Mamun, ‘the whole liberation War-2’ page-182, Dhaka: Suborno publications-2011). Hence, it is clear that the collaborators or Al-Badar caders did not commit the killings of intellectuals. They were obliged to Pak armies only for sake of themselves and their families as did Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah.
Liberation war 1971 was a guerrilla fighting. Guerrillas were fighters and associates of Pak forces a‍s like collaborators, Razakars and Al-Badars. These guerrillas did liberate the country in absence of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and India aparted fighters. Of these guerrillas, there three million martyrs laid their lives and two lac women were distorted. Without their contribution, the number of martyrs must have exceeded three million to more than thirty millions. So, those who stayed country during terrible war and made a role for liberation although in association with Pak army were the real freedom fighters. They were so freedom fighters as Bangabandhu, four national leaders, three million martyrs and two lakh distorted women. They had better contributions than that of India aparted fighters. Bangabandhu said it. He never divided people as freedom fighters, mertyrs and collaborators. He never did freedom fighter quota policy. On 10th January, 1972 Bangabandhu delivered that, “the people who were the martyrs in the liberation war, who were killed by cruel Pak forces, I conveyed the respect to their souls. Today my country has been independent after sacrificing millions of lives. Today my aim has been filled up. Bangladesh is independent today. I approach respects to the farmers, labourers, students, intellectuals, polices and all inhabitants of the country. You all take my compliments.Today the independent has come to my country after a large sacrifices. The three millions people were killed. You have laid your lives and sufferred lot. Today you are the owner to protect this independence. (For online video click here- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVSx5fbYN9M). Hence, Bangabandhu clearly convicted the Pak armies as war criminals and intellectual killers. And he declared all seventy five millions of Bengales of 1971 as freedom fighters.
The mentioned evidences and documents clears that during the war the total crimes and killings took place in three stages. First of all, Pakistani army alone committed all crimes at the beginning of the war. Secondly, Pakistani army and guerrillas jointly committed war crimes and killings. And third, only the guerrilla forces who returned from India after liberation killed numerous intellectuals and Bangladeshi in suspect of Pakistani or supporter to them. There is no existence of these three stages recognized war criminals in conventional history of Bangladesh. Only 195 Pak army officials’ are considered war criminals. The ninety three thousand Pak soldiers are discharged. There is no record of criminals in second stage. And in third stage, there is an alternative list. There are about two lac criminals entitled freedom fighters. The list was taken from the red book of India. They all aparted to India and stayed there in subterfuge of training during war time. After liberation, they returned home and took the recognition of freedom fighters by making heinous assassinations and terrorism. Now they are under freedom fighter’s quota. Their children and grand childrens are also being availed the quota facilities.
The above description clears the details of main war criminals and intellectual killers’ of 1971 with actual freedom fighters. The recognized killers of 25th March, 1971, the Pak armies were the top war criminals and intellectuals killers. Not only 195 army officials, all ninety three thousands of Pak soldiers were criminals. The guerrillas, who killed the innocent and helpless Bengalis during war in suspect of Pakistani or their collaborators, were also guilty like Pak soldiers. The guerillas who committed heinous killings even after liberation are also war criminals and intellectual killers.
It is illegal to convict war affected, helpless and innocent Bangladeshi as war criminals instead of those defined guilties. The International War Crime Tribunal located in Bangladesh is committing such illegal trials. Here the main war criminals and killers are not charged for it. For example, despite clear evidence in mentioned picture, Bangabir quader Siddiqui and his killer forces are remained uncharged. Still now they are availling freedom fighter quota facilities. Analizing statements of book written by Bangabir quader Siddiqui, his stayings, operations and activities during liberation war, it is supposed that he himself involved in committing heinous killing at Mirpur in Dhaka in 1971. It means that the Bangabir kader Siddiqui was the notorious Butcher Quader. But ICT wrongly sentenced Molla kader to death. Same of killer forces of Kader Siddiqui only two lac people are now enlisted as freedom fighters in Bangladesh. It indicates that they merely two lac fighters liberate the country. None but they are recognized freedom fighters. Even the three million martyrs, two hundred thousand distorted women, the intellectuals as Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah and all seventy five million war affected Bengalis were not freedom fighters. They were anti liberation forces or collaborators, war criminals and intellectual killers. So it is asserted that the present liberation history of Bangladesh is completely false and controverted. In it, the real freedom fighters are avoided. The top killers and war criminals are awarded. The trial about war crimes is defective and biased. To overcome it, we should first ban two lac conventional freedom fighters lists and quota facilities. Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah alongwith all seventy five million war affected Bengales of 1971 should be declared freedom fighters. The sixteen crore Bangladeshi should be entitled inheritor to them. The three million martyrs and two lacs of distorted women should also enlisted freedom fighters. The false and controverted history to be rectified and established the real.
